OKK Play Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any game or feature on OKK Play, you are confirming that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

• You are acting on your own behalf and are not a registered self-exclusion participant on any national gaming exclusion registry.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of OKK Play or its affiliated technology and payment providers.

OKK Play reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. If a member cannot provide satisfactory verification documents, access to the account and any pending withdrawals may be suspended pending review. False declarations of age or identity will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of winnings generated under that false identity.

Each individual may hold only one OKK Play account. Registering more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details — is a breach of these terms. All accounts beyond the first will be closed and any balances within them will be forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a current e-mail address if requested. OKK Play uses this information to administer your account, process payments, verify your identity, and communicate with you about your membership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password, PIN, or one-time verification code with any other person. OKK Play will never ask for your password via e-mail, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact OKK Play support immediately and change your password.

• Accounts must be registered in your own name. Using a pseudonym or someone else's identity is prohibited.
• OKK Play may require identity verification documents such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, or a selfie for KYC compliance at any point.
• Account details — particularly name and date of birth — must match any payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your OKK Play account to another person under any circumstances.

OKK Play accepts deposits in Philippine pesos (₱) via the following local payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa or Mastercard bank cards. Payment method availability may change without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party funding — including payments made from an account belonging to a spouse, parent, friend, or other individual — is not permitted and will result in funds being held pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• OKK Play does not charge a fee for standard deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply charges on their end.
• Deposited funds that have not been used in a game or wager within 180 days may be subject to an inactivity review under the dormant account clause in Section 10.
• OKK Play is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banking networks, or e-wallet providers after a deposit instruction has been confirmed on the OKK Play system.

Withdrawal requests are processed to a payment account in your own name. OKK Play does not send funds to third-party accounts. The payment method used for withdrawal does not need to match the deposit method, but it must belong exclusively to the registered member.

Before a withdrawal is approved, OKK Play may require identity verification if it has not already been completed. This can include a government-issued photo ID, a bank or e-wallet statement, and a recent selfie. Providing false documents will result in permanent account closure and reporting to appropriate authorities.

• Processing times depend on the chosen payment method and may vary. OKK Play aims to review and approve requests within one business day under normal conditions.
• Funds credited to your OKK Play wallet from an active bonus must complete the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted.
• OKK Play reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawals above a specified amount without disclosing the exact threshold.

• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the individual offer. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are forfeited automatically.

Game outcomes are independently determined and cannot be influenced by external factors, previous results, or any strategy applied by the player. Past performance does not indicate future results.

Each game title has its own rules, paytable, and return-to-player percentage. Members are responsible for reviewing this information within the game interface before placing wagers. Staking amounts chosen at the time of each game round are final and cannot be reversed once the game outcome has been determined.

• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, the round will be voided and the stake will be returned to the member's wallet.
• If a game session is interrupted by a network failure, OKK Play will attempt to restore the session. If this is not possible, the round will be voided and the stake returned.

Sports betting at OKK Play covers football, volleyball, esports, and other events as listed in the sports section of the platform. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. OKK Play does not guarantee any minimum or maximum odds on any event.

Confirmed bets are binding. A placed bet cannot be cancelled after it has been accepted by the OKK Play system, except through the Cash Out function where it is available and where the member initiates it before the market closes.

• If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets will stand. Beyond 48 hours, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• If an event is abandoned after starting, settlement will follow the rules applicable at the point of abandonment. Bets that cannot be settled under those rules will be voided.
• In the event of a manifest error in published odds — for example, pricing caused by a data feed failure — OKK Play reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to be settled as winners for the full payout to be released. A voided leg in an accumulator will result in that leg being removed, with the accumulator odds recalculated for the remaining selections.
• Live or in-play betting is subject to faster market movement and shorter acceptance windows. Bets placed during live events may be rejected if the odds have moved significantly between selection and confirmation.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on OKK Play. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that are funded by third parties.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with games outside of normal human use.

OKK Play may suspend, restrict, or close any member account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or payment verification documents within the requested timeframe.
• Account inactivity — defined as no login or wagering activity — for a continuous period of 12 months. A notice will be sent to your registered contact details before inactivity closure is processed.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder through the Responsible Gaming channel.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement based on account activity patterns.

Where an account is closed for a rules breach, any remaining balance connected to fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited. Balances will be returned to your verified payment method upon closure, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or security checks.
